The quality control department at ESC has created the basis for our entire production plan. The program encompasses all facets of our process starting with "first piece" approval of all processes, as well as auditing based on production quantity.
Our three step final inspection process includes an approval prior to each finish, before and after and a comprehensive final inspection prior to any customer shipment.
Our measuring equipment is catalogued on a database with full calibration schedules, results, and frequency of rechecks.
